I. Eat Healthy :
i)Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains every day.
ii)Keeping in balance means making sure that the number of calories you eat during a day equals the number of calories you use during a day; this balancing helps to maintain body weight.
II. Be Active By Doing Exercice:
i) Be active for at least 2½ hours a week. Include activities that raise your breathing and heart rates and that strengthen your muscles.
ii)The brain also needs to be kept active. Keeping the brain active involves using the brain daily by solving crossword puzzles or math equations, reading, writing, imagining and creating.
